Fortunate Sons of MoX MoX is back in the old Vietnam workhorse, the Bell Uh-1H - better known as the Huey. The terrain might not be authentic Vietnam (it's actually Georgia, on the Black Sea), but with the BF:V soundtrack blaring out of your speakers, it's easy to forget the things that are wrong with the world and see the magnificence instead.
The picture is from the amazing Uh-1H module by Belsimtek for Eagle Dynamic's Digital Combat Simulator series:
http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/products/huey/We look forward to many more flights, and hope to have more pilots join us flying a Huey, or if you prefer, an A10C Warthog tank buster, P-51 mustang (world war two fighter/bomber), KA-50 black shark attack helicopter, or any of the Flaming Cliffs aircraft: F-15C, A-10A, Su-27, Su-33, MiG-29A, MiG-29S or Su-25. For those who want to try the game out, there's even a free aircraft available to play in DCS:World, the Su-25T - an excellent Russian made ground attack aircraft that excels at SEAD missions (that's Suppression of Enemy Air Defences - or blowing up enemy Anti-aircraft for the non-flying types).
If aircraft aren't your thing though, you can also join the fight on the ground. Command the tanks, the anti-aircraft guns and much more besides in the DCS:Combined Arms module. And yes, all of these modules can play together in multiplayer in the same servers, for that authentic combat experience and shared memories of amazing battles.
