TSO in CoD4

Hi folks,

I cant seem to get TSO working at all with CoD4. (Havent tried it with anything alse as yet)

I'm running Beta build 61 (latest).

Cannot get anything displayed at all. Yes it's enabled.

Any hints or experience that might help?

Managed to get mine working and punkbuster promptly kicked my arse out for using it.

Trillion:
PB kicks for using any kind of possible overlay, including but not limited to steams community/messanger service.

Farrow:
I used to use one of the old versions of TSO with CoD4. Using the normal mode would get you kicked, but it use to work if you selected "Alternative DirectX method" from the debug options, though the last few times PB kicked me, so they may have killed it in the PB updates.
