As the title implies,my 2 weeks are now up.Had a good time, moxies are a good and fun bunch,and i hope that i managed to add something to your guild.Hopefully,i'll stick around some more.

Hey Wahnon,

You got me a little confused here, in your application you applied as Resto with Elemental as off spec, or the other way around? Because from what I've heard, correct me if Im wrong, you've only raided with us as Elemental?

Thing is, I talked it over with the other officers but at the moment your DPS as elemental just isn't up to scratch. So if you would like Elemental to be your main spec then Im suggesting an extension of your trial so you can show us you can improve it, because besides your DPS I only hear good stories about you

Also if your main spec is Resto I'd suggest a trial extension, because I think not too many people have had the pleasure to see you play it; at least not in raids ^^

If you don't feel for a trial extension you can always join as social of course

Well,the thing is,i applied as a ele/resto.Meaning,i dont really have a main spec...i like to be versatile.And yes all the runs ive done are as elemental,and i must say its been a breath of fresh air from all the healing i used to do x) At this stage i do think i would prefer to stay as ele.
Now about the dps...here's the hard part.My gear makes me firelands ready,ive seen people doing it with far lesser gear.
My rotation is flawless(and bloody easy,ele shamans have 2 or 3 things to look out for), if i simply cant dish out the damage you need ,well...don't know if i should blame me or the spec itself,elemental has been on the bad side of the street lately,although we are getting a 12% dmg increase soon.

I guess that another week of extended trial would be the best though,hopefully ill be able to go with you to your FL raid this week.

Extending your trial with a week.

Will try to get you more into raids, so we can have a better idea of what you're capable of and so you can get a bit more familiar with the fights

Would just like to add, I found you very competent and good at adapting to tactics. Vocal in teamspeak/mumble when you needed to be. The only issue is the numbers weren't high enough and, as we all know, WoW is all about the numbers. Without another ele shaman in the guild unfortunately we have no direct point of reference, or any further advice to offer.

All I can say is, use these days before Thursday's raid to read up and make whatever adjustments you need  in order to knock us off our feet. =)
