I have finished my studies on electrician, and start workinging for a company called Vesteråls kraft, without working I'm spending my time watching TV, listen to music and play Wow and other games.

Do you have Mumble? (Voice communication is essential to our raiding, although it is not required to have a mic unless you apply as tank): I have never used it, but I will download it

We expect all members to attend any raids with food and flasks to last the whole raid night and being repaired and ready to pull at 20.00

Our Raid times are from 20:00 to 0:00 server time with invites starting at 19:30; are you able to be available for the whole duration?

And why did you leave? I leaved haste because it was a leveling guild, and I want to be a raider, and kareklokentavri got splitted up after some discustion.

Character:
Why did you chose the class you are now playing and the professions you selected?: I started with Mage in TBC and my acc got hacked, and in cataclysm I started leveling a new mage. I choosed the class because I like stending in range and dps and burst dps and then I found of mage will be a good class for me.
Proffesions: I choosed tailoring because I can make parts of gear to my self, and I get enchanting from tailoring too, with tailoring I choosed enchanting first of all to enchant my own gear, and enchant ring with 40 int.

Talent specialisation:
Would you be willing to change your build for the guild?: yes of course
Do you have two viable PvE speccs?: Yes Arcane and fire (I pref arcane)


Gear:
Do you feel your character is sufficiently geared to compete in the Fireland encounters?: yes
Where do you think your current equipment is lacking now?: I think my staff, helm and shoulders are lacking.

Guild:
Do you know anyone in MoX who can vouch for you?: Jisha
Why you want to join MoX?: Yes, most of all because I want to start raiding and have progress


What are your goals in wow, what do you want to achieve and how long do you plan to keep playing? My goal is to raid in raid with guild and get better gear and have fun.
I dont have plans to stop playing.

Hey Finilo,

Thanks for your interest in MoX and for dropping in an application!
Im looking over your application and character and the only raiding experience I can find is Occu'thar and a couple of bosses in ICC, which don't really count as raidbosses anymore in my opinion.
When looking at your character your gemming looks good, but I don't really like your reforging since you're way over the hit cap and nowhere near the haste soft cap for mages. Meaning this character is not really ready for raiding Firelands and definitely nowhere near ready for raiding Heroic modes.

I will have the caster class leader also take a look at your application to see what he says, but don't expect too much out of it.

To be honest, your gear is not really a problem. Your reforging seems okay, depending on which kinds of guide you follow. Most guides nowadays advise to get to the haste soft-cap, which makes your Arcane Blast a 1 second cast time during Bloodlust/Time Warp with full raid buffs, but other guides seem to advise mastery or crit instead.
Also, your hit is totally not over the cap, and I do not know what Kletsnat/Sagiv is meaning with that, unless it changed after he commented.

However, your experience is a big downside. If you have more experience on your rogue, this might not apply...
When the only thing you did in raids, is killing a Baradin Hold boss 3 times, and doing the first 2 bosses in ICC at level 85, I don't count that as being experienced in raids. We currently require someone that would come back from a break, to have at least 10 out of 12 bosses killed on normal in tier 11, preferably before 4.2 came out. Otherwise we would require you to at least have killed multiple bosses in the Firelands.

Don't get me wrong, we really need a mage for our 25man raid team, but when you haven't set foot into a non-BH level 85 raid, I can only offer you a trial for social membership, so you can join on our raids to the tier 11 instances, and see if you do well in there. When you pick up fast on these instances, there is of course the way to a raider rank, but without any experience of a real raid, we are not going to take you into the Firelands just yet.

I reforged and do some changes, I'm happy being trial to social so I can improve my gear and raid, its a bit hard getting better then this w/o a raiding guild
