How often do you play WoW (typical weekly playtime and which hours)?: Usually just log on for raids or anything else that I need to do in-game. I can pretty much login whenever needed.

These are the addons I feel are the most important, I intend to change my UI soon. But that's more personal.
We expect all members to attend any raids with food and flasks to last the whole raid night and being repaired and ready to pull at 20.00 - Yep.
Our Raid times are from 20:00 to 0:00 server time with invites starting at 19:30. On which days will you be available for the whole duration? (A raidgroup usually only raids up to 3 nights a week)

Which one(s)? And why did you leave?: Catalyst - My own guild, 7/8 Hc. We killed spine around 7 weeks ago I believe. Since then our progress has been littered with slacking, technical issues and absolute failiure. I am/was the guild leader and raid leader, but there was only so much I could take once we lost our hard worked and seemingly solid position on the realm.

Character:
Why did you chose the class you are now playing and the professions you selected?: I chose a priest back at the start of WOTLK because whilst playing through Vanilla and TBC I always looked at priests in awe. One day I eventually brought myself to create a priest and he's pretty much been my favourite character ever since. Through WOTLK I played Holy in Ulduar, but mostly didn't touch raids at that time. Late Firelands I came back to my priest, and since then it's been my main.

Would you be willing to change your build for the guild?: Yes
Do you have two viable PvE speccs?: Yes.. Infact I'll need to check my bank because I may have sold all of my Disc gear.
Gear:
Do you feel your character is sufficiently geared to compete in the Dragon Soul encounters?:
Where do you think your current equipment is lacking now?: LFR Head. Odd pieces still stuck on 397. Not a lot of missing gear really, it would only increase my mastery or push my haste up slightly. Dark Intent is my favourite thing ever anyway ^.^.
What stat-priority do you currently use (both secondary and primary stats, especially for tanks and healers), when gemming, enchanting and reforging your gear?: Due to hitting my soft haste cap, I now prioritize (Hit 17% > Mastery > Haste). Gemming wise it's usually just stacking intellect wherever I can. Admittedly I need some more epic gems in there. Occasionally I throw in a Reckless gem just to up my haste a little. Enchanting is just the standard set that most usually go for. I use reforgeLite usually for my reforging, but I obviously have the ability to move my stats around myself and make changes accordingly with my understanding. Reforgelite just tidies it up a little.

Why do you want to join MoX?: I have a couple of friends looking to restart playing WoW for MoP so I've taken the opportunity to move to Grim Batol with them and meanwhile find a competitive and enjoyable guild where I can enjoy raiding again after the frustration of my previous guild. I can put up with endless wipes (around 80 on hagara Hc), but on the easier tactics and fights it just becomes so tedious.
What type of guild are you looking for?:
A competitive, committed, active raiding guild with enjoyable social aspects and outside - wow gaming, such as LoL.
What are your goals in wow, what do you want to achieve and how long do you plan to keep playing? - I plan to keep playing during University but at a reduced amount probably, but I intend to maintain attending the raid schedule. My goals in wow are just to have some fun, afterall it's a video game but whilst doing so it'd be nice to have some kind of achievement to look on back on to know it was all worth it.
