World of Warcraft recruits - Look here first!
« on: 10 June, 2013, 05:05:02 pm »
Recruitment Info World of Warcraft.

MoX is originally a PvP guild - but without any real PvP objectives we currently focus on end-game PvE, raiding. We are Horde on the Al’Akir (EU-pvp) server.

We are looking for mature, skilled & active players, who want to join with their main character. Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) is required.

We are a friendly, social and skilled guild, if you are only after epixx!(lootcouncil) and server firsts only, then were probably not the right place for you. We raid about 10 hours a week and we make them count!

We make difference between raider application and social applications. The below terms are the minimum requirements for applicants that wish to raid with us.

Progress 5/13 HC:
Currently we are recruiting a tank

Social:
Always open!

PvP:
Contact us(Feelya or Iko) ingame if you wish want to make a team

Raider recruits must fulfill the following requirements (this does not count for social/PvP recruits):
•   Lvl 90 on the character that he/she applies with.
•   Your gear has to be the best that is available to you. This includes any crafted items, VP items and BiS items from old content. We also expect you to be correctly gemmed and enchanted, this is not something we should have to help out with, in most cases.
•   Use of Teamspeak 3 is required incl. a microphone , this is mandatory for effective communication.
•   You must be ready to bring consumables (flasks, food and potions) for each raid and have knowledge about the bosses we are going to visit trough reading, watching videos or having first hand experience. Always make sure to read up for 2 bosses ahead of our current progress.

We currently raid 3 times per week(Thursday/Sunday/Tuesday). We expect as high attendance as possible, at least 90% overall. If you can only attend once or twice a week you are unlikely to be accepted.

If you don't feel comfortable with the above conditions, please do not apply.
If you do wish to apply, please complete the Warcraft application form also seen below.
Please also confirm you have read and agreed to the MoX Charter which can be found here -> http://www.moxguild.com/index.php?page=page1464
If we feel you are suitable, we will invite you to take a minimum 2 week trial with us followed by a 6 month probationary periodiv/v. This trial can be extended or ceased at any time if required.
For Social recruits we expect you to be communicative and active in the guild, bringing life, joy and a good spirit around with you and to show us you actually want to be in the guild.

PvP recruits: There is no active pvp team atm so its not usefull at this time to apply except if you want to lead the team. Contact us ingame for more information.

BR,

Feelya

Notes to Applications, trials and sponsorship, according to the Charter:

i. If the information provided is satisfactory, the appropriate recruitment officer for the stated game will start the recruit's 2-week trial. During these two weeks the recruit should play with MoX members as much as possible so that we can get to know them and the recruit can learn more about MoX, its members and its ethics. The recruit should also visit the MoX forums frequently as they are the primary means of communication for MoX members.

ii. If an existing MoX member believes the recruit has the MoX spirit we look for they may agree to sponsor the recruit's application. If sponsors are not immediately forthcoming, the recruit can ask any member if they will be a sponsor.

iii. If the recruit has at least 3 sponsors by the end of their 2-week trial they will be allowed to join MoX as a probationary member. If not, the recruitment officer will either extend the trial or turn down the application. The recruitment officer can extend the trial for as long as they feel is necessary. In all cases the recruitment officer will have the final say on a recruit becoming a full member or not. (And whether the recruit will receive the Raider rank or not, in the case of Raider recruits.)

iv. When a recruit passes their trial they are accepted into MoX as a probationary member for their first 6 months with us. During this time the recruit will still be under scrutiny and if they violate any of the rules of the charter, or the recruitment officer believes they do not have the MoX spirit, they may be removed from the guild at the recruitment officer's discretion.

v. If the recruit has proven themselves to be MoX material by the end of the 6-month probationary period they will become a full member, and will become able to sponsor.
