Just wondered if any of you gonna play the new CoD: Modern Warfare 2 when it comes out next month? I personally am a huge fan of the CoD serie and played all of them and I really like the first Modern Warfare. I actually pre-ordered MW 2 as soon as it was possible , more than a month ago.

I saw that you had a FPS section aswell so any plans about it?

We'll probably have a big amount of people playing it, don't know the numbers, but I'm guessing around 20 people at least.

Well considering what has been released of info in regards to MW2, the initial reply to the OP might not be the case anymore.
Alot of ppl saying they wont be buying it when it launches, i am one of them. This is because most if not all of the MoX players where buying it for its MP which is now not even interesting.

We'll see what happens but atm it looks like borderlands will steal all the FPS players.
"Incoming fire has the right of way." | "Friendly fire - isn't."
"If at first you don't succeed, call in an air strike." | "Recoilless rifles - aren't."
"Sniper's motto: reach out and touch someone." | "Suppressive fire - won't."

aye well unfotunatly MW2 looks like it was designed for console from the floor up and they have just done a port to PC format. there will be no dedicated servers and MP will be a max of 16 players per server and the severs are hosted on other peoples pc's so it means people with a bad connection will ruin it. 2 MORE DAYS UNTILL BORDERLANDS

Isn't Borderlands a completely different kind of FPS than MW2? Borderlands is supposed to be a diablo-like-RPGFPS-thingy with no real PvP aspect is it? Not that that in itself is bad, just that it's something totally different than MW2.

Just that every thread we have about MW2 starts popping people who are talking about Borderlands... Kinda like talking about WoW and then people start talking about Diablo: it get's confusing!

They're not particularly related in anyway sleep, just something we're looking forward to being released. And ofc it will help salve our pain slightly.
