I have played with Windspeaker, or Kenster as he know calls himself. He seems like a really nice guy, can take intiative to pull something together on his own, involving other guildies tho its smaller events, like LFR and alt DS run.

He is a nice healer both on his druid and paladin. He can also be very talkactive, I dare you to make him talk on TS. About anything from favorite raids to harmless PvP.
