Stigmata: my team stop playing so i had to get new guild.
Brother of.. something skitty: we did 1/8 hc and 8/8 before nerfs.
Lastest Warlords. (there i am now. they just can't raid hc..)
+ some guild that not longer exist.

80: ICC
ICC: Played both 25 and 10 with guild, i wasent that active under that time but dit good progress for not playing that much  at the time.
Played as Arcane & Fire (as ally) on that time with this char. (so yea got exp with both fire and arcane.)
Stoped playing as all my friends stoped played.
85: Firelands & DS
Fireland: Started to play again at the end of patch 4.2, Got a raid guild called "Stigmata" they took me inn for some bosses all the weeks i was there. then patch 4.3 came, and i wanted so get even more exp with raiding, so i got a raid guild that no longer exist.
We did 1/8 hc before the first nerf in DS, then the raid leader stoped playing. so i took a 2 weeks brake.
Then i got the guild im in now, for the last 2 month i played with them, but they were not as good i had hope on.
They struggle on 1/8 hc, and i feel it's time to leav as i know i'm want to get more exp with hc.

I always played mage since pre tbc so and Trailoring for gear + alcy for flask's

atm 8/8hc in ds, and im not planning on quit wow in a few years

Hey Chaser,

Thanks for applying to MoX!

Chaser was with us yesterday in the Alt Raid, he seemed to know the tactics atleast for Morchok HC and Normal, his DPS could use some work.
Also thought I'd say, you will have to know how to play both Arcane and Fire in raids, even though you most likely will use Arcane only for Spine HC.

Other then that I think Szemere is already writing a more detailed post, so I'll leave the rest up to the great master himself!

Hey there, and thanks for applying to MoX.

First of all, I must say, at first glance your current experience seems quite a bit low, Shannox, Morchok, and Halfus on HC as your only HC experience (as I don't really count ICC, since the heroic achievements from ICC all date from 2012) is obviously not that impressive, considering both our raidteams are on 8/8HC, and those bosses have been considered PuGable since they were current content.

However, for your progress your gear does look okay, you only miss the head and trinkets from normal, and you should try and get the neck from Majordomo HC in Firelands (as it has more int it's preferable in most situations, unless you run into huge trouble with hit). You have full epic gems, and taken the correct socket bonuses, and all of the right enchants (not totally sure about whether 50haste on hands might be better than 65 mastery or not, tho most mages seem to be doing it, so 65 mastery is definitely not wrong). Talents and glyphs are also what they should be.

Only thing you could slightly improve is your reforging. It seems like you currently just do your reforging by hand, however, if you would either put your statpriority (hit>crit>haste>mastery), or the more generally accepted statpriority (hit>haste(1505)>crit>mastery>=haste), into for example wowreforge.com, both give you a somewhat lower amount of hit, and end you up with more crit, while still being above the hit and haste cap. So it might be worth seeing for yourself if that site can get you somewhat better secondary stats.

Also, you mentioned you played Arcane back in ICC, and thus you would have "experience in both specs", however, after a slight revamp to the class, and this being almost 2 years ago, I wouldn't be too fast to actually call that relevant experience with the spec. You WILL be needing your Arcane spec if you wish to clear DS Heroic though, seeing how Arcane is OP as hell on Spine HC. The spec should be able to do about a million damage in 20 seconds on the Tendons, just so you have an idea of what you should be able to get to on that fight.

All things considered, despite your low experience, we decided we would give you a shot at a raider trial.
However, keep in mind, we're used to having 8/8HC down weekly, as well as clearing Firelands Heroic weekly, so you'll probably have a lot of reading up to do on specifics on those fights, as well as tricks to maximise your DPS as mage on these encounters. We don't really expect you to do as much as a full BiS mage, tho seeing how your gear isn't crap at all, we do expect some kind of numbers by the second week.

Feel free to poke an officer online for a full and thorough explanation of your trial. Would prefer it to be me, if I'm not online you can have a random guildie ask around if I'm online on TS/Skype/Real-ID.

I mentioned I would tell you your raiddays yesterday, tho I didn't get to it, but for the sake of clarity: Both teams are supposed to be raiding Heroic Dragon Soul and Fireland on Thursday and Sunday, with additional old content or finishing up leftovers on Tuesday, so there is probably no raid today.

Thursday, 20.00-23.00 - Dragon Soul Heroic Clear Red + Blue
Sunday, 20.00-23.00 - Firelands Heroic Clear Red + Blue
Tuesday, 20.00-23.00 - Old content of your choice: T11, T10, T9, name it!

Invites start at 19.30 so make sure to be online half an hour before raid!

As Szemere informed you at the start of your trial, you need to discuss with one of the Raid Leaders or Officers when you're unable to make it for a raid. Now you have missed already 2 out of 3 Dragon Soul raids. Hence why I see no other option, but to fail your trial.

If you have a good reason why you were unable to inform us of your absence feel free to post it here, or talk to one of the Officers in-game and we might discuss about restarting your trial.

But unless we hear anything, I wish you the best of luck in finding a more suitable guild.
