I'm planning to leave because the guild has 2 different kind of people, the ones that want to progress, and the ones that want to be pushed to progress, is not just about helping people to improve, It's almost about playing for them in order to progress, and honestly I don't think anyone need to be pushed more that what he want to do for himself...

Actually I know how to use the three of them

I usually switch from Biding Shot to Silencing Shot depending on the fight,
And A murder of crows to Lynx Rush

Do you feel your character is sufficiently geared to compete in the encounters of the current Heroic tier? (and if not, what is your character sufficiently geared for?):
I believe gear is important but not as important as know what to do in the right moment and how to use your character to perform well, I'm 503 atm, I believe with my gear I can pretty much clean everything before 6/12 without any difficulty
Where do you think your current equipment is lacking now?:
My boots, 489 >.< no luck so far
What stat-priority do you currently use (both secondary and primary stats, especially for tanks and healers), when gemming, enchanting and reforging your gear? (for both your main and off-spec):
Agility>hit=expertise>crit>mastery>haste atm

Why do you want to join MoX?: It looks like a very progressive guild, and they seem to be friendly as well that is what I'm looking for

A guild with high end raiding skill with friendly environment

I wanna keep playing as long as I can to be honest, And my Goal is to clear the whole content while having fun with friends
