We expect all members to attend any raids with food and flasks to last the whole raid night and being repaired and ready to pull at 20.00
Got all things sorted before raid.

Our Raid times are from 20:00 to 0:00 server time with invites starting at 19:30. On which days will you be available for the whole duration? (A raidgroup usually only raids up to 3 nights a week)

Start of Cata i was playing resto shaman: Prime  II with Hordecore,  left there to go  to  No mercy for wookies that was raiding hardcore with allot progress, here i have been till ragnaros hc with some trys on it. When DS came i left because i wasnt rly needed anymore as resto shaman, and applyed at Oracle here i raided till Ship hc with my rogue. 21/60 to legendary now.

Which one(s)? And why did you leave?:
Prime II to go to beter raiding guild.
Nmfw since i wasnt rly needed as raider.
In Oracle atm, went from 25M HC to 2x 10man HC. Till groups was hard to fix we make 1 good group.

Please list your relevant raid experience, stating which encounters you have personal experience of at the current level cap: Firelands till Rag HC ( with shaman / rogue )

Why did you chose the class you are now playing and the professions you selected?: Since i was always playing rogue as my alt. And afther 6 years of Resto Shaman i was up for something new.

Talent specialisation: Combat / Assasin(if needed) / Sub(pvp)

Would you be willing to change your build for the guild?: Ofc.
Do you have two viable PvE speccs?: can change anytime.

Gear: My gear should be enaf to clear DS10hc. Maybe with some improvements like mainhand or the legendary. Ofc keeping an eye on BiS list.
 
Do you feel your character is sufficiently geared to compete in the Dragon Soul encounters?: Yes
Where do you think your current equipment is lacking now?: Some upgrades to HC.

Do you know anyone in MoX who can vouch for you?: Slut(horde)core !
Why do you want to join MoX?: Since you seems to be a good guild where i can be a part off. Exp in upcomming expansion. I have been in very good guild and know how to push myself to the max, and i think you search people like that.

What type of guild are you looking for?: PvE hardcore, maybe some rated/arena if people are up.


What are your goals in wow, what do you want to achieve and how long do you plan to keep playing?
Well im playing since Molten Core time, always enjoyed playing. I like to make progress and know what real progress raids were back in vanilla/BC time. I will keep playing till i cant push my buttons anymore.

Just want to make something really clear: we're by no means Hardcore PvE.
Having fun and raiding in a laidback and relaxed atmosphere comes first. Lately we've really been trying to push the progress, but in my opinion it creates more tension rather than people having fun. So for us that didn't really work. We do however aim to clear all content Blizzard is throwing at us, preferably while it's current content.
Also it wouldn't be right to call ourselves hardcore and not having 8/8HC on farm yet after 4 months.

That said, we do have a spot open for melee DPS and two rogues means double ToT, which means awesome DPS.
However I'll leave the rest of the application process to our melee class leader Dakilla see if he has any objections

Can you please explain me your stat priority according to you. Your reforges and some enchants seem very strange to me. Your gear at the moment seems a bit lacking in the 410 il area. Do you have any World of Logs so I can get a feeling of your dps and uptime?

This might be hard since on every single raid we have fun and giggles on TS good luck with your application!

For our heroic teams your dps seems quite low. You were doing 33k on Ultraxion where I do 44k. Your gear is a bit lower ofcourse. If this was done with a mastery reforge this ofcourse would make a huge difference. I'll take a deeper look into your logs tomorrow.

Could you convince me maybe by telling me all procs/buffs/debuffs you check (and how you check those) during a fight and how you adjust your rotation on that. For combat that is most important so let me know for that.
