Hooded Shroud of Shadow----> I left  because we don't do  raid progress.
Nonserviam------> I didn't leave  yet. I am waiting  your response  for leaving the guild. I mean I will leave if  you accept me  to  MoX.

BWD 6/6 normal, Bot 1/4 hc, Tot4W 2/2 normal, Firelands 6/7 hc and Dragonsoul 1/8  hc (morchok)   I killed  on my DK.
BoT 2/4 hc, Firelands 6/7 hc and Dragonsoul 3/8 hc (morchok, unsleeping and ultraxion) I killed on my Warrior.

IMPORTANT:

Character:

Why did you chose the class you are now playing and the professions you selected?: I am playing DK since Wotlk. I selected DK because it seems  very nice to me and i liked it so i kept going with dk since  i rolled to my warrior.I rolled  to my warrior because we have 2 DKs on our 10 man raid team and i got bored from DK.My professions on DK are Enchanting and Jewelcrafting. Enchanting for ring enchants(+ 80 stat) and Jewelcrafting for special gems (+ 81 stat) but unfortunately  nowadays its bonus is +51 stat. My professions on Warrior are Blacksmith and Inscription. Blacksmith for 2 extra sockets (+ 80/100 stat) and Inscription for Shoulder enchant which gives to you extra + 80 stat  but I am actually thinking about changing it  to Engineering.

Talent specialisation:

Would you be willing to change your build for the guild?: Yes, I would be willing to change my build  for the guild.
Do you have two viable PvE speccs?: Yes, I have Protection and Arms spec. I sometimes  change my arms or  protection spec to fury if its necessary

Where do you think your current equipment is lacking now?: I actually dont but my ring is very bad because  ultraxion dps ring never dropped .

Why do you want to join MoX?: Because I want to do  planned raid with friendly zone .

What are your goals in wow, what do you want to achieve and how long do you plan to keep playing?
 I am planning to play wow  for more18 months. Because I am studing in Suny program I will be in USA 18 months later. My goal in wow is  to be  the best player in realm.

A few questions before going into more detail:
To which raid team are you applying (any preference)? And if so why that particular team?
Could you please provide us with some logs to see what your performance is like during raids?
Also, why are you thinking about leaving Nonserviam?

I am appling for blue team actually. I fallow www.wowprogress.com every day and I saw blue  team need 1 warrior (tank-dps) so I just wanted  to try my chance for it .

For Nonserviam, unfortunately our raid setup always change and always becomes bad because of these 2 reasons we can not do  progress always. I did everything for our progress but there are some player who are coming raids late and normally our raid starts in 7 am server time but we never started at this time I mean always 9 am or later so  we can not even try  new bosses  we are wiping 1 and half  or 2 hours and raid off. Also we do not have a stable calender raid days always change.

I tried to do that but I don't have  logs. I tried in www.worldoflogs.com but I couldn't understand it . But I can try to  get screenshot for my  recount if you want however I don't even know  are we going to do some raids monday or tuesday .

Thank you for your application. We currently have a Prot Warrior on trial but I have to say I like your application. You've got nice progress so far. Some screens of Dps meters would be appreciated.

We have to discuss internally if we need a second warrior for team Blue or if we could maybe use an extra warrior for team Red (currently 5/8 HC).

I hope you can understand but...

You don't judge your DPS, by looking at the first 10 seconds of a fight, where you have all your ICD's up, where you have BL up, Reck up, any other cooldowns up... That's all fun and games, but we care about how much someone does over the course of a long bossfight, like Ultraxion, which takes at least 250+ seconds, rather than 10.

Also, as you know, a dummy is not a valid representation of a raidboss either. Even if for some reason you weren't cleaving the dummy next to you, the amount of lacking buffs on you, and debuffs on the target missing, makes your DPS go up or down very far, depending on the spec, or whoever might be DPSing the dummy as well. Also there is obviously no execute phase on a dummy.

If you really want to show off what your DPS is like, check if your guild has a World of Logs page, and see whether they log the raids or not. After all, Recount will just show a number, but your damage done changes a lot depending on situations in raids, and it's impossible to judge whether someone is awesome or not, without that background information.

I understood what you said  but we don't have world of logs records. I tried to open a guild page  on it and I did it yesterday moning. I also tried to download  client but I couldn't do that. It needs java  and I have java on my computer but I couldn't open file of client. I will try again to do it today


I know it is not important I said on my application we couldn't do raid yet in this week we just downed  first 2 bosses and raid off.

We have a raid  today night. If we do raid today, I will try to send it to you screenshot (if I can't get worldoflogs client) or worldoflogs log.

Besides that, i would also like to state that I am a healer.
From what I have encountered is that my OS dps as Elemental Shaman is 5/6K higher on LFR25 then it is on DS10 HC.

For comparisen a log from a random Ultraxion 10HC kill:

you are right  yes it is true but if you don't get  lots of fading lights your dps can be high. Am I right ?
I did same dps on ultraxion 10 man heroic fight because  I got few fading lights and just get in  1 times for hour of twilight.

Everything looks good from your side, however I'm sorry to inform you that right now we just don't have room to take on another melee DPS.
We've got 2 steady melee DPS in each team and both teams a tank with viable DPS os for the 1 tank fights, resulting in 3 melee DPS on some fights. On top of that DS isn't exactly the most favorable towards melee DPS.

I'm sorry for wasting your time, but I hope you understand that if we put someone on trial, we want them to give a fair chance of proving themselves and becomes a part of the team. Unfortunately there is just no room for your class/spec right now, since we've got a Prot Warrior on trial who looks quite promising.

I'm sorry for wasting your time, but I hope you understand that if we put someone on trial, we want them to give a fair chance of proving themselves and becomes a part of the team. Unfortunately there is just no room for your class/spec right now, since we've got a Prot Warrior on trial who looks quite promising.
