Error on the forums with my friends account

Hi i was wondering if you could help me. My friend registered on the MoX forums a while back and waited for it to be validated by an administator. He recieved an e-mail saying it had and that it needed to be validated through his e-mail address etc, but he suspects his account has been removed from your forums as nothing works when he try's to log in. If an admin wouldn't mind looking at it that would be great his account name is Sparticus_XIII

there's no account made by the name Sparticus_XIII.

As far as I can see from the logs, there's been no deleted member with that name either.


However, we had to do a rollback on the 30th November due to a forum error, where a few hours were lost. If he happened to have regged during that time, that might explain why there's no trace of his account.

Seeing your join-date, that seems to might have been the case.


Afraid your mate will have to register a new account, then things should be fixed.
