Getting super high ping on TS

Hi

So this week i have been having HUGE issues with TS. Pings on average around 500, highs in the thousands.

I did a "tracert" on our IP and the two last hops (a company called RIPE NCC something) and the actual TS servers are very high.
I have tried EVERYTHING on my end without no result, is it possible to send a question to MP too maybe check if there is known issue?
