A bit about yourself: I'm currently unemployed (at least, not full time, I only help my father part-time as electrician).
ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER: This is my first char (and main since day 1).

Spec(s): Assassination. I can respec if needed, but this seems more viable at this very moment, especially due to buffs that were introduced in 5.2
Professions: Tailoring/Engineering
How often do you play WoW (typical weekly playtime and which hours)?: I usually play 10-16hours/day. Depends how much I play PoE/Diablo 3, and depending on how many things are there to do in WoW actually.
What high level alts do you have?: Warrior - 90, Mage - 85, Pala - 90, Monk - 87, Dk - 90, Twink rogue (soon 80).
ABOUT YOU AS PLAYER: I'm dedicated raider, pretty self taught, always fast learner, focused 100% of the time, I don't repeat same mistake, ever.
Do you have Teamspeak? (Voice communication is essential to our raiding and it's highly recommended you get a mic if you don't have one already): I do of course, and I can speak English properly.
List the relevant raiding add-ons you use:
Deadly boss mods, omniCC, recount, Omen 3, and few "cosmetic" ones but they're not very relevant for raids.
We expect all members to attend any raids with food and flasks to last the whole raid night and being repaired and ready to pull bosses at 20.00
Our Raid times are from 20:00 to 0:00 server time with invites starting at 19:30. On which days will you be available for the whole duration? (A raidgroup usually only raids up to 3 nights a week)
Wednesday: I can come for full raid & be prepared & ready on time.
Thursday: I can come for full raid & be prepared & ready on time.
Friday: I can come for full raid & be prepared & ready on time.
Saturday: I can come for full raid & be prepared & ready on time.
Sunday: I can come for full raid & be prepared & ready on time.
Monday: I can come for full raid & be prepared & ready on time.
Tuesday: I can come for full raid & be prepared & ready on time.
Have you been in another guild? (Yes/No): Yes, I have been in 2 "major" ones.
If so: Which one(s)? And why did you leave?: Clarity (left because I had to help my father when he was opening new shop, and we just finished Firelands so I wanted to be fair to them and didn't want to stick in while they're farming and ditch them when new patch come, so I told them I won't have time to raid as much as before in next ~6months, so they can find replacement on time.), Epixplx - We disbanded, and after that I joined Clarity.
Please list your relevant raid experience, stating which encounters you have personal experience of at the current level cap:
Cleared all normal bosses (prior to 5.2 release) except elegon & will of e., and I killed spirit kings on heroic (done it a while ago, as you can see on my achievement date).

I don't have any logs at this moment, since I was mainly raiding with old friend's alt runs/2nd raids.
IMPORTANT: I always aim to improve, if nothing else, at least compared to my self.
Now when you are done with the "basics", we want you to explain a little about different aspects of your character.
Character: Zocava, undead rogue.
Why did you choose the class you are now playing and the professions you selected?: Since day one, I just had some feeling about rogue, and I created it because I seen my friend multiple times playing it before I even started WoW, and I just felt in love with rogue, I love surprise effect and close combat fighting, so it just fits me perfectly.
Talent specialisation: Assassination.
Would you be willing to change your specialization for the guild?: Of course.
Do you have two or more specs you know well enough to use in a Raiding environment?: I have been playing all specces in my "wow career".
Please list any talents and glyphs you switch out for certain fights: That really depends on a boss and blizzards will to "normalize" speces (they eventually nerf all skill-based abilities to make it more casual, for example, I was using 3 different weapon sets on Anub hc in totgc, so I can keep different poisons on each weapon (and to maximize FoK dmg on aoe parts) but eventually blizzard decided to change how deadly poison works after 5 stacks, so they can make it more casual)). So at this point I can't give you any example, but I'm sure there will be some if I start raiding in new tier.
Gear: ilvl 491, they best gear I could get from valor+ friend's alts raids/pugs.
Do you feel your character is sufficiently geared to compete in the encounters of the current Heroic tier? (and if not, what is your character sufficiently geared for?): I think it's geared good enough to compete on all new encounters, but I still have plenty of room to improve (at least, gear wise).
Where do you think your current equipment is lacking now?: Maybe new weapon, but that would be it, everything else is pretty solid.
What stat-priority do you currently use (both secondary and primary stats, especially for tanks and healers), when gemming, enchanting and reforging your gear? (for both your main and off-spec):
Hit (7.5%) > Exp >= Mastery > Haste >= Crit > Hit (26.5%)
Expertise and Mastery are very close in value, and could probably be flipped in the priority without a noticeable change in damage. It is also not clear if Haste or Crit is better, but they are low enough in the priority that it doesn't matter as much.

Do you know anyone in MoX who can vouch for you?: No at this moment.
Why do you want to join MoX?: I want to find a stable guild for my future PvE career, and after some researching I think that MoX could be the one.
What type of guild are you looking for?: Casual/Semi hard core, with friendly atmosphere & mature people, place where people can joke but maturely not with "ur mom" jokes.
What are your goals in wow, what do you want to achieve and how long do you plan to keep playing? I want to have all achievements & mounts, and to see all parts of the game, especially to explore full PvE content.
Additional Information: I really love collecting mounts, and one day, I hope I'll have them all.
