What other games apart from WoW do you play?: I play a bit of LoL, Diablo 3, and usually newer triple a games that I have interest in - but I don't really play them often.
A bit about yourself: I play too many video games - namely wow - and I'm currently un-employed because the company I worked for had to shut down, so while I'm on a job search I'm doing my favourite activity, being a wow nerd. I've been playing wow for about 6-7 years and it's a game I'm still really interested in and loving, especially the new expansion.

We expect all members to attend any raids with food and flasks to last the whole raid night and being repaired and ready to pull bosses at 20.00
Our Raid times are from 20:00 to 0:00 server time with invites starting at 19:30. On which days will you be available for the whole duration? (A raidgroup usually only raids up to 3 nights a week)

Have you been in another guild? (Yes/No): Yes
If so: Which one(s)? And why did you leave?: Ascendance - Vek'nilash - left because of a large amount of squabbling in the guild leading to my raid team disbanding.
Nostalgic - Sylvanas - lead and tanked a raid team in cataclysm, left because I was bored of normal raiding and seeked to do HC content, unfortunately the rest of the guild didn't have the same ideals and were content with normals.
Trial and Error - Sylvanas - had to leave the server due to too high queue times and not being able to play when I really wanted to, and so unfortunately had to leave the guild also.
Vanquish - Frostwhisper - Left because the current server and raiding was boring me, I decided I wanted to pvp instead with irl friends.
War and Peace (current guild) - leaving mostly because the server is dead and there's 0 pugs of any sort, and most of the raiding guilds on the server are starting to collapse, I enjoy playing with people in the guild and such but there's no real chance of any raiding on this server that's meaningful.

I don't log, and haven't raided seriously in a while so I don't really have anything current that I can share.

Now when you are done with the "basics", we want you to explain a little about different aspects of your character.
Character:
Why did you choose the class you are now playing and the professions you selected?: I chose warlock because I really wanted to play a strong DPS that I enjoyed the playstyle of, I dabbled into rogue and mage to see what they were like, but ultimately I stuck with the warlock because I had so much fun playing it even while levelling it. As for professions: I chose Tailoring so I could potentially craft upgrades for myself and for the lightweave proc that works well for all 3 specs, and leather-working purely for the fur lining bracer enchant.
Talent specialisation:
Would you be willing to change your specialization for the guild?: Yes.
Do you have two or more specs you know well enough to use in a Raiding environment?: Yes
Please list any talents and glyphs you switch out for certain fights: I think it comes down to what I wouldn't choose, because there's a lot of options to choose from, for talents mostly PvP orientated ones like blood horror and howl of terror, as for the glyphs, I only really switch out fear for ember tap on occations where hots are better than direct healing, and conflag if a quick slow is needed somewhere.
Gear:
Do you feel your character is sufficiently geared to compete in the encounters of the current Heroic tier? (and if not, what is your character sufficiently geared for?): At the minute, not for current HC tier, I'm ready to start going into t14 HC and grabbing gear from there, but right now I'm really just getting on my feet and trying to get around 505-10 ilvl so I can do what's expected of me as a minimum in the current tier.
Where do you think your current equipment is lacking now?: a lot of everything really, SP because I have a bad weapon compared to the newer and even older normal gear, and a lot of off-stats like crit and mastery.
What stat-priority do you currently use (both secondary and primary stats, especially for tanks and healers), when gemming, enchanting and reforging your gear? (for both your main and off-spec): Destruction: Intellect > Mastery > Crit > Haste. Demonology: I mess about a lot between the stats but I'm currently just running with my destro gems/enchants and reforges.

Why do you want to join MoX?: Because I've become interested in raiding again, this feels like the right guild to do it in.
What type of guild are you looking for?: A guild that is raiding current content, downing the bosses of both difficulties in a timely fashion, somewhere I can experience the content in a fun, social environment, yet still take the raiding seriously.
What are your goals in wow, what do you want to achieve and how long do you plan to keep playing? My goals are to kill bosses, and have fun while doing it, giving myself some challenges (which thanks to mop I can do via earning gold challenge modes and HC raiding), and keep it as social and awesome as possible. As for how long I'll keep playing WoW? I'll stop when the servers go down for good

Is there anything else you feel is relevant to your application or that you would like us to know? I recently rerolled the warlock and have been 90 for only a few weeks, so that's why I'm lacking a lot of t14 HC raid experience on the character I'm applying with, and also lacking valor gear ect, but I think I'm able to play it well as I've managed to do a fair bit in the 2 and a half weeks or so I've been 90, including getting 7/9 challenge mode golds (hopefully 9/9 soon enough), and as I've already experienced a lot of the content on other characters all I'm really having to do is adapting to a new role and perfecting my playstyle.
