Hi guys,
I'm a RL friend of Koriss, Maglev and Flange and they invited me to come and play the game with them. They've asked that I fill out this application so without further ado...

What other games apart from SWTOR do you play?: I play quite a few other games but my main ones at the moment will be SWTOR and League of Legends.
A bit about yourself (interests, hobbies etc): My main hobbies are playing computer games and roleplaying games, and fitness. I'm also interested in comics, sci-fi, drawing, music, science, quizzes, cooking, baking, real ale... quite a variety of things really!
ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER:
Character name: Vective
Class: Sith Juggernaut
Spec: Tank
Level: 15
Professions: Cybertech, Scavenging, Slicing
How often do you play SWTOR (typical weekly playtime and which hours)?: I've only just begun playing but i expect to be relatively casual to begin with. We have arranged to level together on Tuesday nights so probably about 4-6 hours.
Why did you choose the class you are now playing and the professions you selected?: We discussed classes and roles because we intend to level as a group. I enjoy tanking and healing in other games I've played (WoW in particular) so I chose tank for this group. I figured it would be fun to play a character like Darth Vader so I chose a Cyborg Sith Juggernaut and went cybertech and scavenging to fit with that theme.
Do you have any alts? (Empire and/or Republic): I've made a few characters but they're all low level and none of them are really worth mentioning at this point
ABOUT YOU AS PLAYER:
Do you have Teamspeak? Yes
Have you been in another guild? Not in SWTOR
Which one(s)? And why did you leave?
Feel free to list your experiences in the game: I'm not very experienced at all really. I can see some similarities to WoW though and I played that from vanilla to Cataclysm (5+ years) so I will pick it up fast i think.
Explain a little about what you like to do in SWTOR: I will mainly be levelling with Koriss/Maglev/Flange and Tour (another newbie). I also enjoy PvP so I expect to get stuck into some battlegrounds.

Do you know anyone in MoX who can vouch for you? (eg. Friend, relative etc): Koriss, Maglev and Flange are all RL friends
Explain a bit about why you want to join MoX?: to get involved with the community that my RL friends speak so highly of :)
What type of guild are you looking for?: At this stage mostly a friendly social guild. In the future I might be interested in raiding but it's early days yet.
Additional Information: I'm a mature and easy going player and I won't be any trouble! I'm not the most chatty at first but once I get to know people I'll start to join in with conversations more. :)

Is there anything else you feel is relevant to your application or that you would like us to know? I am rather partial to a nice dry roasted peanut.

Always nice to see friends of other MoXies joining up, and you have earned extra points for knowing your peanuts! ;)
One additional important question: Are you also a stompy robots fan like Mag and Koris? (Jenner Oxide Ftw!)

Your two week trial officially begins now. Please use this period to get to know people in the guild and to allow them to get to know you. Once the two weeks are complete, should you wish to become a full member please post back here or start a new thread requesting sponsors. Once you achieve three sponsors, full membership will be granted and all the secret stuff on the forum will open up to you.

god damn it, what we really needed was another merc dps we have a serious shortage

Its alright mate i've started another Merc dps, i'll play them both at the same time

welcome Vective - did you fix mag's fridge ? and i'll start another dps merc as well to play on my laptop at the same time

I'm going to powertech tank and merc heal, and I'll still play my merc dps by mashing my face against the keyboard because it's that easy.
