Although I will add that I know the video tactics for every fight even if i haven't yet to killed the boss

Character:
Why did you choose the class you are now playing and the professions you selected?: Firstly I started with my paladin when I started up wow the day before cata was released and after reaching 85 on that character I was thrown into raiding within 2 weeks after a guild saw character in me at that point I had no clue of raiding and just showed up at the time they said, from their on I enjoyed raiding and seemed to a skill for it, then after sometime I made my hunter and for the upcoming release of MoP my guild wanted a dps as we were over packed on healers, so I openly went forward and took the place as other healers wouldn't then its kind of just gone from their it turned into my main character really.
Talent specialisation: BM and Sruvial OS
Would you be willing to change your specialization for the guild?: Yes
Do you have two or more specs you know well enough to use in a Raiding environment?: All 3 specs I'm able to deal damage in but of course BM and survival are my better specs
Please list any talents and glyphs you switch out for certain fights: Glyph of Disengage for Tortos and Magaera.

Do you feel your character is sufficiently geared to compete in the encounters of the current Heroic tier? (and if not, what is your character sufficiently geared for?): I feel im sufficient enough for atleast 11-12/12 normal (notes im extremely unlucky on gear in raids lol)
Where do you think your current equipment is lacking now?: A slight tad
What stat-priority do you currently use (both secondary and primary stats, especially for tanks and healers), when gemming, enchanting and reforging your gear? (for both your main and off-spec): Hit cap/Exp cap, then crit, haste and mastery.

Do you know anyone in MoX who can vouch for you?: N/A
Why do you want to join MoX?: Because I feel its a guild on your realm which I wish to transfer to that I'm able to keep up with and that are not too far into ToT yet for me to slack so far behind in gear and experience
What type of guild are you looking for?: A Easy going guild, but is serious and ready to go when in comes down to raiding and progession
What are your goals in wow, what do you want to achieve and how long do you plan to keep playing? I have no intentions to quit wow in the future and I just wish to keep progressing in raids and eventually find a guild that is succeeding in raids such as yourself.
