Hey guys, I've been linked to you by cousin, goes by the forum name Infinitron (yes, he has wasted many hours on COH/COV when he should have been playing Battlefield grr!) about the amalgamation of Black Diamond into the MoX BF2142 ranks. Here are my details:

Aye this be my cousin [well god-brother; close enough i suppose] and I can whole heartedly vouch for him for immediate access to the forums since him being family n all; his 2 week trial will fly by.

I'm on nights for the next 8 night in a row but I have been playing in the day around about 15:00 to 17:00 or 07:45 to 09:00 then Bed!!

Also as you will be still with BD I have to find out about forum access and how much access will be given? I'm speaking with the Admin and the other officers bare with me on this I will return!!

He's lying, im sure of it. I'll get him to play on monday if it kills him.
Oh and on forum access, he will still be MoX yes, and he will still be BD yes; but then so am I. Hell i'm the current clan leader [leader is on on gap year in Asia] but that doesnt cause conflict.
Let him in, you won't regret it. Me and him can work as a seperate tactical unit, instead of a huge squad which inevitably happens. Me and him have years of experience from BF1942 to now.
You know it makes sense.

Yes it was fun, but when we played it when it first came out it didnt improve that much on desert combat that we played religiously, and the lag was terrible; so it was confined to the cupboard and sat unplayed, whilst we continued shooting iraqi's instead of vietcong.
It may be better now that our computers can cope with it and patches have improved it, but when we played it, it just wasnt good enough.
Sorry if anyone has been offended by my lack of respect for it, but I was let down by this game, and it scarred me for life

Haha yes, I didnt mean it was really poo, but it just didnt wasnt a patch on desert combat at the time, especially ctf (haha we had some AWESOME times with that, ask Infinitron .

Right I have been working really hard guys to come to an agreement!!
First a little background: I myself have only been playing online games for only 2 years and have come to MoX with a new head and new look at things, and from what the more experienced MoXies have informed me of is that alliences very rarely work and can cause problems they have had them in the past.....not to say that we don't want you guys to join MoX god guys I really do REALLY REALLY DO want you to join and with the prospest of ladder matches and some great teamplay with you guys would be great. I know you guys have a lot of pride about your clan and I know you want to keep the name, so I also understand if you don't want to join and i will respect your choice.
TBH I hope you guys join MoX!! Inf and I have been talking about this for a few days and I was hoping to secure some ladders within the next few weeks, so if you can find it in your hearts to rememeber and honour the memory of your clan the Black Diamonds and make a giant step to joining MoX then I would be sooo happy as well as the rest of MoX, but at this time we would not be able to have an allience due to bad experiences again I hope you can make the switch and enjoy the time I hope we can have but again if you do not then I understand and respect your choice!
Please have a think and talk between yourselves about this then get back to me. send me a PM or come onto TS to have a chat about this. I hope here and now I have shown enough passion and respect for you guys that you make the jump. If you do I promise you will enjoy your time here and you will relise that MoX is for Life we are in the end one big happy family.

I second Durin's post here. Back when BFV was new and spangly in 2004 we had a similar experience when a group of friends joined, they had their own clan name too. Most are still here, some in v v senior positions. We all found that any segregation in MoX just caused unessessary barriers. We're not about that, as Infinitron I am sure will testify. It's important as it's you name, I know, but we do have a lot to offer.

wow thank you both sooo much now down to business I have joined up to the ladder match league and will be asking them soon for a game, we need some training. You both will have member access in the next few hours as you are RL friends but rememebr guys your still on trial for the next two weeks. Again Welcome to MoX and thank you for making the right choice cant wait to get my teeth into some action roll on Saturday when I finally have some time off!!!!

yeah if you look in the First Person Shooter area of the forum then other FPS you may find a list of guys??? drum up some interest then make a night of it!! I have Raven Sheild and Raven Shield Vegas and we have an RS server!!

I think I was the victim of a conspiracy last night - I spawn on cptmiller, Chip is on the other team and is standing beside him - as soon as i spawn Chip kills me, cptmiller then revives me with Chip standing over my body with his knife out. With the equipment screen up I couldnt do anything and he knifed me.
