A bit about yourself: well considering that this is a game I will apply for defenir me as a player and as I think I'm a player with a very objective mind I always aim to close all the contents in heroic, whenever I am called to help the guild try to give my best, like playing in a stable environment where all share the same objectives, I consider myself a player mentality more than the normal core

ABOUT YOU AS PLAYER:

Do you have Teamspeak? (Voice communication is essential to our raiding and it's highly recommended you get a mic if you don't have one already): yeah ofc  i use ts for raiding

List the relevant raiding add-ons you use: decursive , healbot, elvui, mik scrolling battle text, dbm, reccount

We expect all members to attend any raids with food and flasks to last the whole raid night and being repaired and ready to pull at 20.00

Our Raid times are from 20:00 to 0:00 server time with invites starting at 19:30. On which days will you be available for the whole duration? (A raidgroup usually only raids up to 3 nights a week)

I run every day you need me, all days i can

Have you been in another guild? (Yes/No): yes atm my pally on let none escape

Which one(s)? And why did you leave?: because people stop playing with 6/8 hc because to much ppl need to study and whatever, and i cant stop, my goals are clear old and new content hc  in this char, raid the other pala but will not have problems in doing it here in case you guys accept me, regardless of having more gear or progress in the other I see this as a main char always, thank you and I await an answer

Would you be willing to change your build for the guild?: currently have the best spec for me and for raiding, but of course it changed the spec if it was of benefit to the raid

Do you feel your character is sufficiently geared to compete in the Dragon Soul encounters?: ofc yes and after nerfs it's rly rly soft,even taking into account not yet have an imba gear, I lack a trinket, a decent finger(finger for caster , but giv me more (int) spell power and haste and not have better atm), I think I've got an acceptable gear to make full hc ds, but I think I already have a minimally balanced gear for such

Where do you think your current equipment is lacking now?: the moment I think I have a good gear in order that this content also with the nerfs is more soft, either way I think I desiquilibr more stats right now is a finger and probably a trinket though also have another raid finder

What stat-priority do you currently use (both secondary and primary stats, especially for tanks and healers), when gemming, enchanting and reforging your gear?: with healer  : Intellect > Haste > Spirit > Crit > Mastery
my  gems on gear, all the time spam the best i can -> +50 int ; +25int>haste ; 25int>spirit only need to spam this on pally heal

Do you know anyone in MoX who can vouch for you?:  no but I hope to come to know well
Why do you want to join MoX?: I think this server is the only guild beyond refusion of which has its clear-cut objectives, core-minded players, both current content as in the old content and I review it to me
What type of guild are you looking for?: as already said a guild like-minded core close all contents, and in this case that the content is accessible to clear old contents heroic. looking for a guild with a strong spirit of progress and friendship where you can form a good core for the next content

Your Retri spec, does seem like a PvE spec to me, so the answer would be: Yes, I have two PvE specs

With regards to your two characters: the thing that is confusing me is that you're saying Skz is your main, while Trokadin has way more achievements and content cleared.
They're both your own characters from what I'm reading here, right?

So could you please explain to me, why you are applying with the character with the least progression/gear/achievements?
You must understand that from our point of view it almost looks like if you're asking to get boosted on your alt. Even though I'm sure that with two Holy Pallies you're fully capable of doing what needs to be done.

So before going into any further details, why are you applying with Skz and not with Trokadin ?

sagiv hi, well what I was saying is that trokadin is my main, but in this case between guild, I will consider it as a main char, simply did not apply to the following trokadin why I raid in Valour Legion with the trokadin, and is a guild all friends in real life, and I know they got a little upset with me if I go away with him feel that it is as if I had to devalue group, and as I have 2 pally's but has less gear and progress in SKZ, I feel absolutely no desire to do everything I've ever done in one or more.and as I seriously raiding chars in both thought it would be a good opportunity because here the objectives are always the most ambitious, and as such, if you can give on mox join soon the difference between the two chars both in progress all leaves contens there, I feel I have the ability to do everything with this char!  As there are pve specs do not quite understand, I understand he had two pve specs of my main spec (holy) have replied that give them was my holy, sorry but I have two pve specs.

So from what I understand you don't want to leave TVL on Trokadin since you have irl friends there and don't want to devalue TVL's raidteam.

However, in general we don't allow cross guilding.
Meaning that if you wish to join MoX, you're not allowed to have alts in other guilds on the same server/faction. We ask a certain level of loyalty and commitment from everyone that's joining MoX. If you wish to be in the same guild as your irl friends then maybe it's an idea to have them apply to MoX as well, be it as Social or Raider (if they live up to the requirements).

So I'd advise to re-think your priorities
If you want to join MoX, we ask you to join MoX completely and become a part of our community. From our point of view TVL can even be seen as a competitor (even though right now the progression race is over), but it would be a bit weird to allow people in a competing guild ^^

Again I want to point out, we have nothing against people playing with their friends and they are more than welcome to apply to MoX as well! But if you don't want to let them down and want to stay in TVL, we simply cannot offer you a trial.

if you have your rules to be sure I'm not going to break them, just have that core raid but not only with friends, for this reason that I wanted to join you because they share many goals I have as a raider, and I it was time to find a guild with the same mind, and spirit more core, I totally understand your reasons, but tvl this time is only a run of friends, nothing more, I liked that they could also see my hand, as already said if you guys have such rules obviously are to meet, but I'm very sorry because I really liked to join you and move forward together, because the MoP, my other pally(trokadin) will leave the server to Kazzak, and liked to stay here with you guys with the SKZ

R: well I'll always get +10 bonus, because I think you spamming the gems that need it and go get the bonus that always gives me an extra spell power, I know some paladins who do not choose this option to me it seems feasible both by the gain that status as spamming to get the bonus

R: I have done well but not in this content, because I do not think is necessary, probably the only fight where it could do, and still thought it was the spine of Deathwing, who was taking the glyph of divine favor and get the glyph of the holy scock but only that.

R: well I see a healer can never have a clear-cut up style of play because it is always changing as the fight and what it is directed, if directed to a more aoe fight, I have to use much the holy radiance and holy powers to generate good light of dawn, to fight for a more leisurely in terms of aoe I usually use more divine light and holy light and generate  holy power with holy schock  for good world of glory, all the time i try to create holy power for good's world of glory and light of dawn if i need!  and can use flash of light in times of greater tightening but not tend to do much due to excessive consumption of mana. clear that after all this, we have the timing right for apllic our cd's to heal, and mana cd's,

Hey Skz,

Since Backalive isn't answering I'll cover what I can.
 - As I already pointed out in-game, gemming spirit where you could be gemming int should really be avoided this late into a raidtier. Unless you're having issues with mana management, you want to go full int when gemming/enchanting.
 - Glyphs for Holydins I really have no clue about except that some tend to use Glyph of Beacon of Light when healing people with debuffs on Spine HC. Other then that you'd have to ask Shinjite or Backalive if they switch glyphs on other fights as well.
 - Spell priority, I really have no fucking clue, but since people say Holydins are easiest to heal with I wouldn't be surprised if your explanation is all there really is to healing on a Paladin

I would like to offer you a trial, but there also needs to be decided which character is going to be your main in MoX for the remainder of patch 4.3 and since I'm currently barely raiding DS myself I'll leave that up to Szemere to decide. In other words, feel free to poke any Officer/Leader online for an explanation of trial and guild invite and make sure to poke Szemere to figure out together which character will be your main in MoX raids, I'm sure the two of you can work that out together.
