What other games apart from WoW do you play?: I haven't played many other games apart from WoW recently, but I tend to play some LoL from now and then and used to play other games which have gotten stale to me (Such as Skyrim)
A bit about yourself:I enjoy playing with many others, i make friends extremely fast and in general able to get along with most people, the main exceptions are ones who are simply out of league with their "Friendly Banter" with me as there is certain topics which i am uncomfortable with. In general i enjoy raiding a lot and used to enjoy PvP heavily, infact i am trying to get back into it with my Alt.

ABOUT YOU AS PLAYER:

Do you have Teamspeak? (Voice communication is essential to our raiding and it's highly recommended you get a mic if you don't have one already): I currently don't have TS as i cleared my comp of unused programs, but i can easily get it.

List the relevant raiding add-ons you use:
Grid, DBM, Omen, Recount is nice to see if i'm slacking or over healing too much at times.

We expect all members to attend any raids with food and flasks to last the whole raid night and being repaired and ready to pull bosses at 20.00

Our Raid times are from 20:00 to 0:00 server time with invites starting at 19:30. On which days will you be available for the whole duration? (A raidgroup usually only raids up to 3 nights a week)

Monday: Available, but may be a tad late as i finish college late on these days (I get home between 19:40 and 20:00)

Have you been in another guild? (Yes/No):

I was in Vex Thal raiding on my Warrior from ICC until Dragon Soul. I wouldn't say i left, more like we had some guild issues with the GM and a particular member, which the GM tried to take a bullet for us and left, which inevitably put us in a bad position, and resulting in a final disband (Still existing until the 31st as it gives others a chance to sort things out.)

Please list your relevant raid experience, stating which encounters you have personal experience of at the current level cap:
I have currently done 4/6 Vaults on normal, a few attempts at Elegon, but unfortunately that night was the night everything went to hell.
LFR Cleared and of course, Sha of Anger

Why did you choose the class you are now playing and the professions you selected?:

I played Monks on Beta as they interested me and i really enjoyed playing it over my old characters. I initally played as Brewmaster on Beta and planned to play it on Live, however as the guild issues arised, we lost a healer and i offered to fill in, and since then i have enjoyed healing much more then Tanking.

Talent specialisation:

Would you be willing to change your specialization for the guild?:
Im fine chaning talents withing Mist, (I love Chi burst however, it's insane if used correctly on fights you can stack), however i'm currently not too confident on WindWalk as it is a bit uncomfortable to play.

Do you have two or more specs you know well enough to use in a Raiding environment?: I can play WindWalk reasonably but i have yet to use it in a raid situation, and i haven't used it for quite awhile now. Brewmaster is mainly something i use if i'm either bored or need some quick VP form a heroic, I lack trinkets for it (Damn healers needing tanking things), and i have yet to use it properly in a raiding situation.

Please list any talents and glyphs you switch out for certain fights:I don't really change them out much now, as i find that Chi Burst is far superior then Sphere and wave if positioned correctly and the raid has some co-operation with it (Such as stacking). Also Chi Torpedo for me is very nice compared to Jade Wind as it is basically a free heal every 15 secs (or 3 every 45, etc). However i would like to try and swap out Healing Elixirs to Diffuse Magic on Elegon, i have yet to have a chance to do so.

Gear:
 
Do you feel your character is sufficiently geared to compete in the encounters of the current Heroic tier? (and if not, what is your character sufficiently geared for?):
Not yet heroic raids, Normals definitely as i have literally 1 more piece i can obtain out of raids now, which i should get after the 31st (Legs)

Where do you think your current equipment is lacking now?:
Ouff.... Mainly just the blues i got, i can only replace one of them without raiding which is my legs, I have a variety of trinkets too to swap out depending on what is needed, but a solid one would be nice i guess.

What stat-priority do you currently use (both secondary and primary stats, especially for tanks and healers), when gemming, enchanting and reforging your gear? (for both your main and off-spec):
Spirit > Haste (1350) > Int > Mastery > Crit > Haste (Past 1350)

Do you know anyone in MoX who can vouch for you?:
Zathetaur mainly, however i have played around with others like Fluffy and i believe quit a few of you in the past (Names gone from my brains)
Why do you want to join MoX?: To be able to raid and have a fun social time
What type of guild are you looking for?:Fun, Social, Raiding, Food?


What are your goals in wow, what do you want to achieve and how long do you plan to keep playing?
Id like to be able to keep up with the current tier and be, the very best, like no-one ever was (Dun duh duh Dun). Also now to try to get back into reasonable high end PvP (At least 2.2k in 3s/5s again), as i miss the days of people fearing me, I just cant ya know... go arround as a unstoppable killing machine with a God Mode macro, which doubled my health and trippled my damage, anyone =(

Is there anything else you feel is relevant to your application or that you would like us to know?
To some people, this can be a problem, but i am getting my life sorted, but it shouldn't interfere with raiding, just the social aspect of it (Making it better though). This does relate to the name thing, but i am Transexual and suffer from depression(Just highlight it if you want to know)

I have a couple of questions for you:
 - Your availability for Thursdays is marked orange, any special reason behind that?
 - You are quite far behind on reputations. Is the Valor gear you unlock from doing Shado-Pan and August Celestials dailies not well itemized for you? What about the quest rewards you get from hitting exalted with Golden Lotus and Klaxxi?
 - Are you capping your Conquest in order to get Malevolant PvP gear? Some 483 PvP items are actually quite good untill you replace them with raid drops or VP gear.

The colour markings was just a mistake, i forgot what colour i was doing them in ^_^

Im reasonably far behind in rep as i started them rather late (since i took a little longer to level then i first thought), I started my dailies and doing them constantly, but i REALLY got tired of spending 3-4 hours a day getting them done, Im still doing them, but not every day (To keep up with the charms mainly).

The exalted reward from Golden is rather nice, but as i have it planned out currently the haste neck would keep me at the required haste needed. Klaxxi i actually didn't know of that quest, it is indeed nice, i'l have to try and get it then (Just after i regemed my dps gear to tank >.<).

The only item from higher reps is the on-use trink, it is rather nice and a direct upgrade from my current one, but there is better available (Soon, atleast, by the time i get to revered, even if i kept doing dailies, it would have taken quite awhile).

Aug Cel cloak, with my current gear plan, the crit is better then the haste.

I haven't really been doing PvP on my monk, I'm not a huge fan of PvP healing unless it's a strong damage support type healing (Like Ret). Most of the items would only be a very slight int/spirit upgrade with the loss of another (Sholders for example, i'd get more int but lose spirit.) The only piece i can see worth getting is the spirit/haste ring, which i can obtain in 1 reset, i'd just need a hand doing so as i have no pvp gear on my monk (3.6k honor and 2k JP to get a release trink and other parts if needed though).

Edit : Doing some arena's for the ring now ^_^

Steven is a brilliant player, and i haven't met his match when it comes to preparations for a raid / Pvp. I'm not much for saying this, but if u had to chose between Deathstroke and Cainde, thinking of the player mainly and not the class, Steven would be the choice

Thanks for the swift reply,
I see you upgraded your ring, but my main reason for asking about your reps is to see if you're constantly looking for ways to get the best out of your characters.
Your gear definitely seems up to scratch to start Heroic raiding, so that's a huge plus. Unfortunately we don't have a lot of room for healers on our current teams.
However, it so happens that we're looking into the possibility of starting up a third raiding team, so please bare with us while we see what the possibilities are.

You should know more by the end of the weekend.
