Sod gender treatments and hormones, I think psychotherapy would be more useful.

The whole reason they have the 2 years living as a woman thing is to make damn sure that the person is sure that they want that. I've heard of several cases in the past where a man has had the snip....then changed his/her/its mind!! TOO LATE FREAKBOY!!! *shudder*
