I can see you put alot of effort into that.... just cos its your bday don't mean you can slack!

I say you redo your application and attempt to answer your questions in more than 1 sentence....

I think this must be the shortest/worst application I've seen since I'm a recruitment officer here in MoX.

When reading your application I more or less get the feeling you couldn't care less in which guild you are right now. As you may understand, that doesn't exactly makes me want to accept this application.

So even though I'm inclined to decline this application, I'll give you another day to revise it.

Aw bless poor enbee.

I guess he did it quickly cos he thought it was a formality =P

Guess the proofs in the pudding as always.  Gotta say though hes one hell of a tank and a pretty good healer too considering its his o/s.

Don't get me wrong I fucking hate it when I have to play bad cop, since I'm actually quite a nice guy once you get to know me (some might disagree, but hey)

Basically you're right it is just a formality, since everyone that joins MoX introduces himself to the rest of MoX (which is quite big) through an application.
But say now for example you're going to buy a new house; the papers you sign when buying one can also be considered a formality. Still I assume you try to answer all the questions in the contract as completely as possible right. Because if there are questions left open they might not accept the contract.

Forgive me if I misunderstand the meaning of "formality", just trying to give my view on the matter here :)

I probably shouldn't comment about a WoW application.
But come on, it's not only short it's also awfully clear this person really doesn't care about MoX. At all.
Go with your initial gut feeling Sagiv.

 i loled

why would i care about some thing i have no idea about how would u even go about doing that surely that would come from actually playing with the people and joining a few raids. Makes me smile that someone would write some thing like this and not think it through.

All the effort you that you showed NOT making the application as it should be, you could've made 10 times already. Not to mention this gives us a clear view alrdy on what to expect.
I'm not sure wheter you got accepted alrdy or not, but his thread already showed me what I should be expecting from you. How hard can it be to write a decent raider application for crying out loud...

Well, after raiding with EnBee I can say he seems like a good guy, and was getting plenty involved. Yes, it's not the best application we've ever seen, but you guys are missing a lot of context to this application, and although we understand your concerns please trust the WoW officers with these affairs. That is not to say your comments are not welcome, and certainly not unjustifiable, but let's avoid any animosity.

As far as I'm concerned if you have a concern you talk to an officer of that specific game. No use going on ranting on the forum while I've already expressed my feelings and talked it over with Enbee. If anyone thinks they can do my job better, please by all means apply for Recruitment Officer.

Good luck on your trial!

I dont mean to interfere with the Officers jobs and I agree that if there is a concern or complaint about new people applying you should take that up with those responsible (being the one concerned or one of the Officers) but on the other hand I dont think a first reaction in public on these forums, being respectfull, doesnt hurt anyone and it can be interesting to see how people react to this (tells something about themselves also besides the application they may or may not have made)...

Just my 2cts and I'll leave things up to the Officers from now on ;)

Absolutely Padme. Always good to bear in mind that despite initial impressions, they may still end up being a valued fellow MoXie in the near future though.

I know we don't venture out of our cave often, but never feel you can't approach the wownerds with your concerns =)

GL on trial EnBee!
