Hello everyone, I'm svic, officer over at the outcasters. (you might remember us from the ps1 days...)
Recently our numbers have been dwindling (http://borderlinetactical.net/rsnc/outfit-online-tracker/?outfit_list=oc&zoom=5), and so we're looking to cooperate with other outfits more often to be effective on Auraxis.
If there is interest within MoX, I suggest next Sunday (27.7.) in the evening for a joint operations night.
I imagine something like: everyone on the same TS channel, under a single command. Possibly switch squad lead up halfway through, so we can all learn from each other.
what do you think?

Hi Svic, I think this is something we can do as Sundays are our main outfit night. I'll check with the guys and we can set it up

(Sunday is actually when we see most of our people online as well. I guess everyone likes to play before they have to go back to work again.^^)

What time are you looking at we normally start things around 18.30 GMT, is that time okay with your guys?

As I said, I'd like to have everybody in the same TS. Ours has enough slots but I wouldn't like to post the details in public. I'll send them to you via DM.
Also, one of our players suggested we play NC in preparation of the MergeSmash. What do you think?

We are unlikely to be involved in the Merge Smash due to being too far down the random list.
Personally I would prefer to stick to TR for a first joint op, so we are familiar with our equipment even with different leadership at times.

(I don't have access to the Smash outfit list, so I didn't know you were on reserve.)

Hi svic, just a quick update.
We will remain on our TS, but will have a coms officer on your TS, and if you want to do the same you are welcome.
The main reason for this is that there is also a TRAC led event to welcome some of the woodman TR players who will be joining up with various outfits, or one of their own to experience how the TR operate on Miller. And with a need to be on the TRAC team speak too, its going to get complicated fast

Hmm, I don't completely understand. What is the point of joint ops if we can't communicate?
I strongly recommend we use the same TS channel.
If the TRAC thing is really important, maybe we should reschedule the event?
EDIT: Had a lot of fun. Hope play again sometime after the merge!

the merge has happened, the dust is settling down again. Strangely it looks like both our outfits are seeing a lot more activity. Congrats!
So how do you feel about another joint platoon this weekend?
We should probably use seperate channels for the squads this time. But with a full platoon we'll probably capture a continent or two. :D

There is a TRAC event lined up for 19:00 UK on Saturday, did you want to join up for that?

We don't usually do TRAC, is it still run through CR6?

It is being run through trac-alliance.com:9988 for the first time.
It is meant to be an introduction to Woodman outfits about TRAC, normally good fun fights especially when the VS / NC are organised too.

OK, I think coordinating on TRAC-level and two-outfit-level is a bit redundant. I'll see if I can get OC into that TRAC event, but we should find another date for a joint platoon night.
How about the weekend after this one (August 23/24)?

Sunday (August 24) is fine for us.
I will probably make someone else OC contact for that event b/c I personally have an exam on the following day. I will of course notify you on all that in advance.
Also, it seems we're signing up for the TRAC event, looking foward to that!

OK, things are starting to come together: Some BMC players have asked to join in, and I've made the announcement on our forums.
So when do you think we should start the event?
I suggest around 7pm CEST, that's when our people usually come online.
Also, which TS will we use? MoX's again? If yes, are you ok with some BMC players tagging along?

I see no problem with BMW members joining in. We normally see people start to arrive at 8pm CEST and the bulk at 9 pm CEST.
