Achazia Wins Music Contest

Big congratulations to our fantastic music composer Achazia, who was one of the winners of The Secret World's music contest. Her music is now featured in the game, and as shown in the picture, she's forever part of the game. She and her fellow MoXies in the in-game band "The Shades" will also feature in the Weatherstock event in Lord of the Rings online, the 20th of July, Landroval server (Note: this is not the server we play on normally). The event is sure to be just like Woodstock - lots of weed and beer...and..uh..elves.

Nice going Achazia! Now, go add more cowbell!  :D

It feels good to win in a honest way. as a musican (hobbymusican) I put much pride in what I do. So that I am actually picked because the judges really found my music suitable (melodical, but also in quality since I use a lot of effort regards to mixing) means the WHOLE world.

I was listening to the other artists in record shop. I feel incredible privilaged..

I found this pearl amongst the winners. (Depeche mode/Pet shop boys alike I think) I cannot get it out of my head.. is really great.

The competition was such an awesome idea, and I think having all these new additions to the music ingame really fits with what TSW is all about.

I think LOTRO should do something like this too.  I can so see Little Delving working as perfect background music for somewhere in the Shire.
