I use DBM, Vuhdo for my raid frames, schorchio, combustion helper and MyBigIgnite, recount and omen

We expect all members to attend any raids with food and flasks to last the whole raid night and being repaired and ready to pull at 20.00
my last guild started at 20:00 and i was always early and i am an alchemy so i make my own flasks and pots and also bring alot of fortune cookies

Our Raid times are from 20:00 to 0:00 server time with invites starting at 19:30. On which days will you be available for the whole duration? (A raidgroup usually only raids up to 3 nights a week)

Which one(s)? And why did you leave?: Sunlight, it was an starting to become an heroic raiding guild we got 1/8 hc then we had a break for christmas and everyone left

Why did you chose the class you are now playing and the professions you selected?:
I choose the class i am now because i want to be a ranged dps and it looked alot of fun. i choose tailoring for the back enchant which procs around 500 intellect for a good damage increase. i choose alchemy mainly so flasks would last 4 hours and make me own pots and cauldrons for the raid team
Talent specialisation:

Would you be willing to change your build for the guild?: Yeah i can change my build, the build atm is aoe and single target dps
Do you have two viable PvE speccs?: yes i have fire and arcane. i hear arcane is still very good on spine of deathwing.

Gear: the gear i am going for is crit and haste, reforging haste to hit if needed. i go for crit because most damage from fire spec comes from critting and haste is good so i can get an extra tick on living bomb and combustion.
 
Do you feel your character is sufficiently geared to compete in the Dragon Soul encounters?: Yes my mages ilvl is 392 when i killed morchok hc it seemed fine
Where do you think your current equipment is lacking now?: my trinkets are still LFR so they need replacing asap

Why do you want to join MoX?: I want to join MoX because it have good progression and my progression is simular
What type of guild are you looking for?: An hc raiding guild with friendly people:) i dont mind being shouted either


What are your goals in wow, what do you want to achieve and how long do you plan to keep playing? i want to clear a raid on hc before the nerf patch and before the next patch

Additional Information: I am not a loot crazy person, i see loot as a tool to help us progress

Wow, I started off looking all weird at the app, and then I saw that you had the 4set. For a sec there I thought your reforging didn't make one bit of sense XD. I would suggest running your char through wowreforge tho, you have 49 hit-rating over the cap, being all useless . The 7 haste rating isn't that big of a deal, since it's only 7, and haste is actually not totally worthless beyond the soft-cap

I can't see any other real flaws in your gearing, and as with most magespecs, there isn't much that can be done wrong in the talents/glyphs there. Also, I'm not really a pro at analyzing firemage logs, so I'll keep my hands off that, at least the damage done seems quite good

Your progress and experience seems quite okay, so I don't see a reason why we wouldn't offer you a trial. I'll add you on real-ID and explain some more about our trial and the guild somewhere tomorrow or the day after (newyears and stuff :3).

Yeah i just changed my weapon around before i logged out i was using http://www.wowhead.com/item=78484 but seen the extra spell power is a dps loss then having hit/haste/crit/mastery

With a good off-hand it might certainly prove useful for several fights, even tho I agree the LFR version is just "not that great"
