After playing with a team of your members tonight I would like to be considered for membership of your CoX section. My details are:-
Global Name - @Alphane
Age - 32 (D.O.B. 26/1/76)
Game applying for - City of Heroes/Villains
Gaming interests - Mostly CoX at moment as it's the first MMO I've really got involved with. Other than that love any single player fantasy roleplay, strategy and sims. Have roleplayed since I was about 11 and still GM AD+D every other Saturday.
Other guilds/clans - Most of my Alts are members of a SG that was a crossover of a Guild Wars guild that unfortunatly didn't really take of. The main members are RL friends anyway and I wouldn't stop playing with them.
Why applying to MoX- Looking to expand my network of contacts in game for teaming and taking on some of the more difficult aspects of the game ie. Task forces. Also I have wanted to be involved in an active SG for a while.
What I can bring - I'm fun loving, fairly intelligent with plenty of time on my hands with a like of fairness and helping out. I enjoy researching diffrent aspects of the game and the mathmatical comparisons involved in knowing whats hot and whats not. I like to bring my best to whatever I get involved in.
I have read, understood and agree to abide by the rules of the society.
I look forward to meeting more of you and enjoying good gaming together.

Wow Alphane, didn't expect to see you up here so soon   I was Seratomin last night and as you'll guess from here my global is @rawhide.

Was a fun night last night and you seemed to fit in with all the banter etc right away

If you don't have it already go get Teamspeak and we'll get you on there as a guest whist you are on your trial.

If you need anything at all, as we said last night, just ask - there aren't many people here that havent been playing for years, so you're in safe hands.

Cheers for the warm welcome folks.
Infinitron- suppose your the best person to ask about TS access. I have it installed and use it all the time with my mates so all I would need is a guest password, not sure whether this usually happens after trial period if so don't worry. Of course I will make use of this resource sensibly and appropriatly. Cheers

I know my 2 weeks is just about up but if I haven't aquired enough support to qualify for full membership I would ask for an extension as it's been the euro championships and I can't resist a beer and a good footy match. Hoping we can hook up a bit more in future.

Alright mate. Is that the MCU thing that you are talking about, saw a couple of charecters out last night. Any chance you could tell me more or who I should contact if I want to get involved as being on trial I don't get much access to the forums.

Hi mate, MCU stands for MoX Combat Unit, its something we started a while back, but with no real planning. Evil has revived it with his passion for PvP. Basically its the idea to make one (or two) almost perfect PvP teams, IO'd to the teeth with the perfect sets. Everyones really into the idea at the moment, and most of us started new toons for it and are sub level 10, so easy for you to get in on it. Send a PM on the forums to Evil Menace and he will advise you as to what toon you can make to fit in (probably give you a choice as we have a few spaces to double on toons).

Not sure I can send PM's as I've tried a couple of times and nothing appears in my sent box, so I would ask if someone would be good enough to direct Evil to this thread so he can tell me what AT's are available. Never done any PvP but have wanted to try and am definatly willing to learn. Cheers

Alphane is one of the newest members of the MoX SG and he's done great so far imo... helping other people out in anyway he can, a lot of teaming with SG members as well as members from other SGs and most important : anxious to learn all the aspects of the game. Also showed great interest in the MCU group and got a MCU toon up straight away as he got all the details, which he's playing quite well, so I'm sure he'll have an important role in the team in the MCU future
