She hasn't explained the situation to me at all thank you Civil, nor to any of the officer team from WoW or elsewhere. Now while I do not doubt her or the third hand information given to me. She has not spoken to me or any officer in game yet to rectify the situation.

I would think you could appreciate that it isnt an administrative roundabout at all, but that she has not to my knowledge been online at all to speak to.

I am online now and have been today and for a bit yesterday sent you some mail in wow game too as missed you on the game.
