WoW Death Knight Class

Our Sales rep has just been on the phone in work and has cleared some of the the things up about the new Death Knight Class for the expansion. Basically the Death Knight will be an unlockable Class available for ALL other classes. Once you have unlocked the Death knight (requires 70+, maybe 75 through a chain of quests and probably spending 10k gold) You will be able to create a New Death Knight character, However you will not have to grind him up from level 1 as he will start at around level 60. So it will be a Completely new class but will be available for all players over 70.

 Good info, but the 10k gold part is a bit excessive. Blizzard has said that the quest is similar to warlock mount quest in difficulty, which is around 500ish gold tops.
They haven't decided what level does the DKs start at, but it will be between 55 and 70.

Also, the Death Knight class will have all races available.
