Well, hello! =)

It's been a while MoXies. Probably my fault actually. I don't play City of Heroes/Villains that much these days, if not, at all. The game is just so... easy. So, I thought I'd try something new. I've always been curious about World of Warcraft so I downloaded the trial and guess what? It's "the" game I've been searching for. So, low and behold, I now have a WoW account (I have done for almost a month). I've been enjoying the game and also contracted Altoholism... again. Whilst playing one day, I thought, why not get in touch with the old guys? So, the reason I'm here is to say hello to you all again, that I'm back and that I'm wondering what server MoX is situated on in WoW? I'm also hoping you'll let me join the guild and that you haven't... forgotten me.

Also, can I apply for access? When I applied last time, I was 16 but was rejected. I was told to come and apply again when I am 17. Well, now I am 17.

IIRC the general discussion regarding our Rapthorne was that he was going to be considered for entry a year early cos he is a mature chappy for his age...it was considered that 16 had too many possible legal ramifications. Rap was allowed to stay in the CoH SG but not become a full on Moxie....he's never been anything but mature and courteous and if you need someone to vouch for him I will gladly do so.

Swillsworth! Y'all reet? How many 50s do you have now?

More players? Last I heard, people were moaning that the servers are dead. Also, I have lost interest in City of Heroes and Villains. It's so easy to level up and debt is nothing nowadays. I want something new, something fun... something that makes me go "WoW!".

My account is still active. Are any Hordelings still playing besides you? I spoke to Dismal the other day. Not heard from him in ages! Might pop in again to see how everyone is.

Judging by the WoW application form, itâ€™s a very Raid focussed guild. Iâ€™d enjoy doing Raids. Even if Raids arenâ€™t done often, just being able to chat to friendly people is enough for me. The people in CoX are friendly so the people in WoW are bound to be friendly even if there is drama (So Iâ€™ve read!). Iâ€™d just like the chance to see if I can fit in like I did with the CoX guilds even though I am only 17.

Question: When you say â€œMoX isnâ€™t the guild for meâ€, do you mean overall or just in WoW?

I do adhere tightly to the age requirements, mainly as we have attempted to make the odd exception in the past & regretted it, this is no comment on yourself as I do not personally know you but just protecting MoX after experriencing some of those other exceptions.

Fair point, Carym. I am wondering though, since you don't know me why not give me a trial? If at the end of it, you don't think I am up to your standards or there is a risk you will regret letting me join the Guild, I will come back when I am 18. People have vouched for me here. Why not ask those people about me?

All I am asking for is a chance. I've made friends in the CoX Guilds. I'd like to do the same in WoW.

hi rapper m8y, if you need sponsers i can help, i teamed with rap in cox many times and he would also help in anyway he could, i also have left cox now and can be found in the WoW section now, lookout for thuglash and darkhoof.
