Guys I just want to get something straight. Who ever is CoH officer needs to get the kids trial started or give him rights.
I remember the Ring when he applied a long time ago but he was 17 and now he has turned in you need to think about making him a MoXie.

He is legal to become a MoXie!

He needs to apply first though I guess. He wasn't an official member before Ryu, we've been down that conversational path many times. However now he is all legal and is welcome to apply of course.
