I dont want to turn this into another argument like the original topic but ive been away last couple of days n never got my chance.
The way im reading this, your being banned for going against the Charter. The charter says specifically 'Actively cheating is not allowed'. From what i understand no Active Cheating took place.
Whats the point of giving him an opportunity to explain the situation if your not going to believe him anyway? Look on that evidence site thingy. There were 2 infractions, within 10 min of each other with times given. Was he ever given the chance to argue he wasnt at his PC then or that it wasnt him?
The analogy about the 'kiddie porn on YOUR pc' thing is a bit flawed too since Download times can be tracked and if it happened when you were at work its kinda obvious that it wasnt you.

Oh and for all this 'your responsible for ur own PC' bs. My pc is a family PC ok. If im out and my dad decides to use it then i cant say no etc. If i tried to ban him from the Internet he'd go outside and cut my cable. If you guys all spend time locking up and banning any and all family members from your PC then u need to get your priorities straight.

I have family members that have the cheats for games ready and waiting before theyve even bought a game and wouldnt think twice to doing something similar. Complete Zero tolerance isnt the way forward and anyone thats just jumped on the 'kill all cheaters' bandwagon are little more to me than an overzealous crowd baying for blood.

MoX has always had a zero tollerence stand on cheating, as defined in the charter. looking at your last statement, you do not agree to this?

While  the current hot-tempered climate is undestood, and to a degree tolerated, remember that this is a PUBLIC forum.

So thats everyone who plays wow or anygame that uses 3rd party mods should be insta-banned.
I agree that there should be a harsh reaction to anyone cheating however every case should be looked at and not just declared 'omg banstick!'

And i apoligise to any and all outsiders that may be seeing this. I am aware its a public forum however its the only one that reborn can see. Mox is a fun gaming guild, its just sometimes it turns into a political party, with BS and hipocrisy for all.
