My name is Stefan. Nicknamed Maxx. I'm 23 years old, born and raised in The Netherlands. I've resigned my status as a hardcore gamer since 2009 and now play games for social and relaxing reasons. Such as Left 4 dead 2, Guild Wars, World of Warcraft, and a lot more games I bought on Steam. I currently study IT specialized in interaction design and development. I enjoy playing guitar, bass, and give lectures to freshman students.

Professions: Blacksmithing(525), Mining(525), Cooking(525), First Aid(525), Fishing(525)
How often do you play WoW (typical weekly playtime and which hours)?:
We're talking about approximately 30 hours a week. Sometimes more, sometimes less.
What high level alts do you have?:
A level 70 discipline priest, level 69 assassination rogue, and a level 64 warlock. They do not reside on Grim Batol(EN) (PVP).
Why did you chose the class you are now playing and the professions you selected?:
I have a close friends circle. Zeffuro, Sevuna, and Pebbels. It came down that they needed an additional tank, a trustworthy one. And as I know Sevuna for almost 10 years I took on that role. I've taken the professions mentioned above to support my tank by self supplying myself, I have trouble taking handouts from others, even when they are my best friends. Whenever there was an upcoming raid I could prepare my own food and feasts needed. And, off course, Pebbels was there to supply me with flasks.

ABOUT YOU AS PLAYER:

Do you have Teamspeak? (Voice communication is essential to our raiding, although it is not required to have a mic unless you apply as tank):
I have Teamspeak 3 and Ventrilo available at all times. I also have a microphone.

Our Raid times are from 20:00 to 0:00 server time with invites starting at 19:30. This will also be the case when doing our social/alt raids so make sure you can stay for the duration if you sign up for one of these runs.

Have you been in another guild?
Plenty. My raiding experience goes back to vanilla.
Which one(s)? And why did you leave?
I could list all of them. But I'll start with the most significant ones. I was in Worldstorm on Anachronos in 2010. I left because there are a lot of prejudiced, and pompous people in said guild.

Explain a little about what you like to do in World of Warcraft:
I tend to lean towards the dungeons/heroics of Cataclysm. I haven't had the time to go hardcore and gear my warrior to the best quality heroics have to offer me. Also, I'm a social person. I enjoy a conversation every now and then. Most importantly, I'm an old fashioned guy when it comes to raids. I enjoy doing the raids we all, i'm sure, used to struggle with before the expansions came out. I am, off course, talking about MC. All the way up to Black Temple.

Do you know anyone in MoX who can vouch for you?:
Sevuna, my best friend for almost 10 years now. I've been through a lot with him and that has hardly changed.

Pebbels, Sevuna's girlfriend. I got acquainted with her a little more than a year ago. We tend to have the same interests and idea's when it comes to making a decision. Or pointing out the obvious.

Zeffuro. Big guy, but a heart of gold. I don't remember how I got acquainted with him. It probably had to do with the massive amounts of alcohol I drank at Sevuna's party, 2 years back.

Explain a bit about why you want to join MoX?:
I miss my friends. Where ever they go, I go. And I've heard positive reactions about MoX from all sides, including Pebbels. And it really sounds like the right guild for me to be in. As I tend to be mature about all matters but enjoy a Humorous conversation as well. And I'm convinced everyone in MoX is mature, as well

What type of guild are you looking for?:
A guild with mature, and laid back people that enjoy doing heroics or 'old school' raids every now and then.

Is there anything else you feel is relevant to your application or that you would like us to know?

When it comes to raids, you'd want me as a backup rather than a solid candidate. This is because I work 2 jobs and go to university. Also, I've had raiding experience dating back to 2006 and was an active raid leader throughout The Burning Crusade, all the way to Black Temple. I've resigned from that to focus on my studies. I am open to instruct and lead people whenever such a 'old school' raid is in order again.

, in the last 10 years it was basicly always him tanking and me healing on various games.

Had more awkward moments though.

But yeah, Monurah is like my best tanking buddy ever and he was tanking together with me when we finally downed Syndragose back in the day. Felt gooooood!
