Druid application
« on: 23 March, 2007, 09:40:04 pm »
Hello!

Some of you might already have heared of me, since i've been spamming quite some MoX people lately. This is of course an application, but i'll explain my situation first.

To make it clear, i do not have any real life friends nor family in MoX. I do, however, have a couple of WoW-friends inside the guild and i'd love to join the guild for them. I deleted my druid september last year or somethin and restarted playing about a month ago. Of course, i leveled my druid to 70, and in the meantime was wondering what to do at 70. Luckily for me, Decomposer (who pushed me into remaking my druid) suggested i'd try and join MoX.

Well, so i've been workin on that the last week. I've spoken a bit to Carym and even though he said only family and rl friends will probably be invited, he still suggested i'd try to make an app, and see what the GM does. For the people i know in MoX it's quite easy: i was in Fallen from Grace when that existed (Cave Canem afterwards), so i know quite some people from that (Bloodletter, Sasen). Personally i consider Decomposer, Sunnydelight and Cidet good friends of mine in WoW. I also have quite some Skype contact with Decomposer and Sunny, and used to have that too with Lanaya, though she kinda went inactive :<. I also quested a bit with Dontneedname (or should i say Zish ), Zafrumi and Suljib.

So, i know a couple of people in MoX, now about me. At this moment, i am specced balance  I used to be feral, but got kinda bored of it, so i decided to spec boomkin to finish my quests, and i kinda enjoy it. My gear can be kinda split up into 4 types, as every good druid has of course. Here are some CTprofile links, which kinda suck because they don't have Gem Slots yet, so if you have any questions about that, just whisper me ingame

  Balance:          http://ctprofiles.net/5229096
  Feral (dps):      http://ctprofiles.net/5229117 (misses a Bandit Ring, 15agi, 23sta, 31ap)
  Feral (tanking): http://ctprofiles.net/5229120
Healing:           http://ctprofiles.net/5229121 (misses a Draenei Crystal Rod of the Physician: offhand with 25sta, 16int, 37 healing)

Another important thing is that i do not ask any priority on raiding  from this moment on, i will be quite busy with my college (university study), so i will not have many free evenings for raiding. therefore, i simply ask not to be judged on raid attendancy, since i will not be joining many raids in the near future. i do not yet have my Karazhan attendancy, but i can get that done soon enough (at the Arcatraz / Steamvaults quests now).

  Oh btw, some personal stuff:
  Age: 20
  Country: Netherlands
Playing: dunno, about a year now or somethin
Anything else: /w Oneru "*insert random question*" ingame

So, what i'm asking is to get a spot in MoX, just because i like all your guild members i've played with so far, and because i think i'll have a good time in MoX, which i doubt i'll find in any other guild. People can say i should join Arctic (or maybe the next comin Riddle) since i've been in Cave Canem, but i've done one instance with Arctic guys and all i can say is "no sorry..". Did not really enjoy their "omg you're noob in Outlandz"-attitude, so that's another reason why i'm apping here

Well, sure hope you took the time to read it all ^^ thanks already, and i'll hear from you guys soon enough i hope!

too lazy to block or parry, but damn i'm energetic!

Thankyou for taking the time to make this application, however, unless you have Family or RL friends already in MoX, we are closed for recruitment in WoW at this time.

He had already been made aware of the current friends & family rule, but wanted to make an application in case this changed any time soon.

As I said in game we wouldn't be looking at recruiting you at this time but I will keep you in mind if things change.

This is one imba druid. Been doing some instances with him, he's both skilled and a very nice guy. Will fit perfectly into MoX. Should deffo let him in before he finds another home

He's got my vote atleast.

Love, Zish
