Do you feel your character is sufficiently geared to compete in ICC 25 man raids?:i do feel my gear is good to raid icc  all tho i have not tryed yet
Where do you think your current equipment is lacking now? i am lacking a good chest and off-hand

i wish to join a mature guild where i can have fun and chat to. And be able to raid  with focused people who dont mess on and ninja pull pack's to try and wipes raid

Not trying to cause grief but didn't he get banned due to hacking in CoD? Think there is more to just talking to you in-game. It was 2 years ago however.

Reborn, sadly, as you broke a fundamental rule of MoX, and as we take the reputation of ourselves as a clan in the wider gaming community very seriously, we are unable to accept your application once again.

This was not an easy decision for anyone to make, but the rules cannot be bent and broken for one person as we feel it will undermine ourselves as a community.

Reborn as a friend I ask you to please move on, I know that you have reapplied a number of times and the answer can't change as the rule will always have been broken. There are a lot of good clans out there mate, please take the time to find one and enjoy your gaming.

it was him and he was not on my account he was on my comp but that's in the past ok  ty for reply and good bye

Reborns cousin used a hacking tool to use on COD which for people who didnt know is not account based. Oh, and techinicaly, the FPS group Knew about what was going on before Reborn got spotted since he requested help about being booted by the COD Punk booster style software.

Reborn was simply banned becuase it was the FPS players that demanded it, not because of the Charter being broken to which it wasnt.

7 ETHICS
i. Every member must agree to play in an  honest fashion and without the use of exploits, cheats, hacks or third  party programs.  The buying and selling of ingame currency for real  money is highly detrimental to a games economy and therefore is  extremely frowned upon. - Was unaware of this and reported to guild as a tech issue
ii. Actively cheating will result in instant removal from the guild. - Wasnt activly doing this.
iii. Griefing of any kind is also not acceptable from MoX members.

No mention in the charter that states that you cannot share your account. Account sharing is only allowed of disalowed by the policies of each game. If im wrong prove it.

Chi, I know that you are trying to help, but this is not a legal forum or an employment tribunal, trying to find loopholes is unecessary.

Reborn had a hack running on his copy of CoD4. I am unsure as to how they work, but either Reborn would have had it running whilst he played, or he would have had to manually disable it every time his cousin had played. Meanwhile he was enabling his cousin to play with the hack whilst using Reborn's account. This would show to anybody checking that Reborn's 'account' was being used for cheating, and, as only Reborn can be held responsible for his account then it is he who is ultimately to blame for this action. Much the same in any game within the clan, if you allow a friend or anyone else use your account and they break a fundemental MoX rule, then you will be banned from the community.
 
I appreciate that you just want to help your friend, and I wish him no ill, but it really is time for him to move on now.
